Why Mangart
The road to Mangart Saddle is Slovenia’s highest mountain road, and Mangart itself is a striking mountain above the valley — too good a name not to use for a manga collection at home.
The name clicked by itself: manga + art = Mangart. This is a small family archive for the volumes already on the shelf, but the name gives it a little altitude — a collection with its own mountain.
The main hero
Leo is 11 and collects manga series with the focus of a proper shōnen hero. Every new volume is another episode, every shelf a new land, and every missing book a call to the next quest. Mangart is his treasure map: what is safely home, and what still waits to be hunted down.
The father behind it
Gal is Leo’s father and a web developer who took the side-hero role in front of an increasingly dangerous manga shelf. Every duplicate purchase was a trap, every missing volume a mini boss, and every “what do we still need?” another call to action. Mangart is his map for defeating the chaos: what is already home, what still waits to be hunted down, and where the story continues.
